Raffle tickets available on a first come first served basis. In the event your request to purchase raffle tickets is received after tickets are sold out, your raffle ticket purchase amount will be returned. Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at time of entry. All mail, fax, phone or online requests to purchase tickets must be received by 5PM Wednesday, November 11, 2009. Raffle tickets will continue to be sold, as long as available, in person during normal business hours at KJZZ/KBAQ studios and at the Friends of Public Radio Arizona events on November 13 and 14. The car raffle drawing will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 10:00 PM. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued internal revenue tax form 1099 stating the value of their prize. Winner must take possession of their prize by December 15, 2009. Prize is non-transferrable and no cash option is available. Tickets limited to 1500. Prize will be awarded whether all tickets are sold or not. Winners need not be present. Following the drawing, the winning name will be posted to the fristpressarizona.com website. Winner's name also available by sending self-addressed stamped envelope to Friends of Public Radio Arizona, c/o KJZZ-91.5, 2323 W. 14th Street, Tempe, AZ 85281.
